I don’t subscribe to third-person narratives about myself; it’s repeated ad nauseam. I value directness, and this conversation will be no exception.
I am Sapna Prajapati - the Founder & CEO of The Better Life Projects. I hold a Postgraduate degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Edinburgh and I am a Member of the British Psychological Society. Our research-driven work has been featured in TAISI, a leading education publication in India, and I have had the privilege of sharing my journey on the TEDx platform.
My goal is to connect with every audience from the outset and equip them with tools and mindsets that continue to shape their thinking long after leaving the room. I am passionate about people and their stories and firmly believe "your life story could become someone else's life guide." Hence, my work revolves around helping people build positive self-talk, understand their emotions, and face their fears with openness and compassion.
When not creating or learning, I can be found with my snobby dogs with treats in exchange for snuggles.
To sum it all up, I’m a paradox of both a recovering awkward person and a convivial one and if there’s one message I want to leave you with, it's this: In many ways, I am a walking-talking anomaly because I want to protect the Good as vehemently as the world wants to protect the Bad. Thank you for taking the time to know me, I look forward to knowing you.
